I agree completely. Wish I had seen this prior to the clan meeting. I will start pushing people to provide a day of the week. I suggest we start as 'encouraged - but not mandatory' and if we can keep it moving it can become similar to the practice before joining the clan war READY team. Limit if to 3-4 hour period understanding that this is a slow battle environment and turnaround between battles depends on slow turnover in the Company. Maybe we should institute a ribbon for those ready for clan wars and service ribbons for # of battles fought.
