If I am reading this right, you are asking how to stream, am I correct?
If so, you need one of two programs, XSplit or OBS. I and everyone I know, uses OBS for it is free and opensource.
There are lots of videos on Youtube on how to setup OBS for streaming. If your running duel monitor, there are a few other programs I recommend.
